Common Questions

Atro is not syncing to Calendar

Make sure Calendar sync is enabled inside Atro:

Settings > Calendar

Then confirm Calendar permission is allowed in iOS:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars

If Calendar access is denied, Atro can still export an .ics file that you can add manually.

Atro is not reading or writing Apple Health data

Make sure Health integration is enabled inside Atro:

Settings > Health

Then check your Health permissions in Apple Health or iOS Settings and confirm Atro has the access you want to allow.

Health access is optional. If you leave it off, the rest of the app still works normally.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete all local app data from:

Settings > Delete All Data

This removes Atro data stored on your iPhone. Calendar events or Health records that were already written outside the app may remain in those systems until you remove them there.

Does Atro require an account?

No. Atro does not require an account to use the app.

Does Atro sync my data to a server?

No. Atro is designed to keep your data on-device unless you explicitly choose to sync to Calendar, write a workout to Health, or export/share something yourself.
